I will go in-depth with what you can and can't eat.. how we can manipulate your macros to make you happy & gaining simultaneously. I will teach you about proper pre, intra, and post workout nutrition to maximize your sessions & how we should set up your day around sessions.
I will design a split around your days available to train.. and we will work on weakpoints and design the split around weakpoints to proportionalize your physique. I will go indepth with little tricks to make sure you are pumping as much blood as possible and feeling the best development.
My day to day is included, what we should be consuming around the clock to optimize development.
Very focused on timing of nutrition and preparing for sessions and tricks to get better pumps, makes clients very happy and the sessions enjoyable.
