TRACKING + UPDATES.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Following this, you will receive a tracking number for your order within two to four business days. All tracking information is sent to the designated contact information you have given us.

Our main shipping courier currently is USPS. There have been slight delays in updating tracking from this courier, however rest assured your package is on it's way to you. In certain situations, a tracking number will not update until the package is in the targeted destination. We do not control when the tracking updates, however we take full control on making sure your package is on it's way to you as quickly as possible. We are with you every step of the process, if there are any issues with your tracking information, we will reach out to the courier in order to narrow down where your package is.

DOMESTIC ORDERS.

Our team is based in the USA. Domestic orders are typically processed & delivered within 4-7 business days. All orders will be shipped using the USPS courier. Tracking information will be provided for every parcel sent by our team.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

International order time frames are typically 10-14 business days, depending on where you are located. All orders will be shipped using the USPS courier. If you have any concerns regarding your countries shipment delivery process, contact our support team and we will walk you through the process. Tracking information will be provided for every parcel sent by our team.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS.

My clothing doesn't fit, what should I do?

Our goal is to make sure you are as comfortable as possible while wearing our clothing. If there is any sizing issue that you may have, we will do our best to make sure you are sent the proper size. Our exchange process is very simple and is always available to every customer.

What if I want to return my order?

We appreciate you giving us a shot. All order returns can be processed through our support system. Our return process is very simple and is always available to every customer.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Our top priority is getting your apparel to you as quickly as possible. Under rare circumstances (military, international) you may receive only a few parts of your order. No need to worry, the missing remaining items are shipped separately within 1-2 business days. You will receive multiple tracking links to be able to track each parcel containing your order.

When will you respond to my support inquiry?

We operate our support emails all week to ensure you're taken care of, even on weekends. Our goal is to make sure you know you are important to us. An agent will be available and eager to help you figure out any order adjustments or issues you may have. Please allow for a maximum of 1-3 days for a response.
