I design your split around proportions and weak points. That’s always the foundation. If something lags, we bring it up. If something dominates, we manage it. Everything has a purpose.
Then I focus on execution. The stuff people usually skip.
Setup. Positioning. Tempo. Exercise order. Rest times. The small adjustments that help you feel the muscle and get more out of the same work.
And I explain why we’re doing things. Because the goal isn’t to blindly follow a plan. The goal is for you to learn how to guide yourself.
Food is part of the process—but it’s not something I want you stressing over constantly.
I teach you how to look at meals differently. Food becomes fuel. Recovery. Consistency. Not “good” or “bad.”
We build the plan with safeguards. If you go out with friends, we adjust. If you want a snack, we account for it. If you drink occasionally, we talk about it and handle it responsibly. Life isn’t meant to stop because you’re training—and your body actually responds better when your stress stays low.
Mistakes happen. That’s normal. I design plans knowing that. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
When I started training, I didn’t know what I was doing. I remember thinking side lateral raises worked my lats. I wasn’t stupid—I just didn’t have anyone to ask. I had to figure everything out the hard way.
