This is a 16-week plan where I teach you how I actually approach bodybuilding.
Not just training. Not just food. The mindset behind it. The little details that matter. And how to build a body without destroying your head in the process.
I prioritize mental health just as much as physical progress. I’m not interested in pushing you to go 100% for two weeks and burn out. I want something sustainable. Something you can live with. Something that makes you stronger and more confident, not stressed and miserable.

How I coach
I design your split around proportions and weak points. That’s always the foundation. If something lags, we bring it up. If something dominates, we manage it. Everything has a purpose.
Then I focus on execution. The stuff people usually skip.
Setup. Positioning. Tempo. Exercise order. Rest times. The small adjustments that help you feel the muscle and get more out of the same work.
And I explain why we’re doing things. Because the goal isn’t to blindly follow a plan. The goal is for you to learn how to guide yourself.
Food, without going crazy
Food is part of the process—but it’s not something I want you stressing over constantly.
I teach you how to look at meals differently. Food becomes fuel. Recovery. Consistency. Not “good” or “bad.”
We build the plan with safeguards. If you go out with friends, we adjust. If you want a snack, we account for it. If you drink occasionally, we talk about it and handle it responsibly. Life isn’t meant to stop because you’re training—and your body actually responds better when your stress stays low.
Mistakes happen. That’s normal. I design plans knowing that. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
The support part (this matters to me)
When I started training, I didn’t know what I was doing. I remember thinking side lateral raises worked my lats. I wasn’t stupid—I just didn’t have anyone to ask. I had to figure everything out the hard way.
That’s why all my clients get my phone number.
You can text me from the gym:
-
“I don’t know how to use this machine.”
-
“This movement feels weird.”
-
“Am I doing this right?”
-
“I’m intimidated in here.”
You can text me outside the gym:
There are no stupid questions. Ever. My job is to guide you, calm things down, and help you build confidence.
This isn’t just about getting through 16 weeks. It’s about teaching you how to take care of your body and your health long-term. So you never feel lost again.
